Delete your account

This permanently removes your GENSAN.WORK account: your profile and worker page, services, portfolio photos, posts, comments, likes, bookings, messages and notifications. Reviews you wrote are removed too. It cannot be undone.

• ✅ Deleted immediately from our database and storage.
• ✅ Your mobile number is released and can sign up again later as a new account.
• ℹ️ Copies in our encrypted backups expire within 30 days.
• ℹ️ Reports you filed and moderation records are kept without your name, as the law requires.

Delete some of your data without closing your account

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove something. While signed in to the GENSAN.WORK app you can delete your own SkillFeed posts and comments, reviews you wrote, portfolio projects and their photos, services and certifications, and you can replace or remove your profile photo. Each one is removed from our database and storage right away.

For anything else, email support@gensan.work with the subject "Delete my data" from the phone number or email on the account, say what you want removed, and we will process it within 30 days. The same 30-day backup window and the moderation-record exception described above apply.
